I very often feel like, I can not find the stuff or the trends I really liked in the stores in Budapest, or in fact anywhere I lived before in my budget, so I got very used to altering the clothes to my current taste/mood. This skirt from Primark used to be a simple pencil skirt which I bought a few years ago and haven't worn I think since. I loved all the high slits on the runway for this autumn/winter 2015 season so I decided to make my own version. I cut up the side of the skirt and saw the two ends on top of each other to create the slit. I love wearing prints, but I decided to pair this black and white printed skirt with the season's colours: khaki & burgundy. I think it makes a nice contrast, with a hint of autumn (it is between 20-25 Celsius degrees here).
